Don't Underestimate Hypertension, Why? because it can kill anyone

Perhaps among us often menyepelehkan important things in this life.... some of them are ↓

- Overweight or obese.
- The risk of high blood pressure increases accordingly.
- Family's background
- Race and ethnicity also associated with hypertension risk.
- Smoking Too much salt (sodium) in your diet. Too much sodium in your diet can cause your body to retain fluids that increase blood pressure.
- Not physically active. Heart rate of inactive people is higher. You have to work with every contraction and strengthen the force on your arteries. Lack of physical activity also increases.
- Too little potassium in your diet. Pottasium helps to balance the amount of sodium in your cells. If you do not get enough potassium on your diet or hold potassium, so there can be a lot of sodium buildup in the blood.
- Too much alcohol.
- Too little vitamin D in your blood. Vitamin D can affect enzymes that are weighed by the kidneys that are under your blood pressure.
- Sometimes pregnancy also contributes to high blood pressure.
- Stress Chronic condition. Such as high cholesterol, diabetes, kidney disease and sleep apnea.

High-pressure properties are generally present in adults, but children are also at high risk of exposure. For some occurrences in children, high blood pressure is caused by heart and liver factors. Age in some children today is a problem of high pressure can be triggered by bad lifestyle habits, such as unhealthy diet and sports, which contribute to high blood pressure.

Detection of symptoms of hypertension
Hypertension is difficult to detect by someone because the disease has no specific symptoms. Symptoms that we can observe the incidence of mild symptoms.
