Hello guys.... this time i will give you tips on body hygiene about what it is? yes, it's about taking a bath.... haha... sometimes i like lazy shower imagine a day just one time, especially when it's weekend.....  According to new inner research is not only good for cleaning body. From dirt and avoid stress, but the bathroom also plays an important role in boosting the immune system, helping to avoid skin diseases such as eczema and even cure serious medical problems.

Flu and Headache
